1. About Qurbanikart
Qurbanikart is a technology-enabled platform that facilitates the booking and management of Qurbani services. Upon successful booking, Qurbanikart arranges for the procurement of suitable animals, coordinates the performance of Qurbani in accordance with applicable Islamic principles, and distributes the entire meat as a charitable donation to eligible beneficiaries on behalf of the customer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service offered on the Platform, Qurbanikart does not deliver any portion of the meat to customers.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Platform only if:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- The information provided by you is accurate and complete.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
3. Scope of Services
Qurbanikart may provide one or more of the following services:
- Individual or shared Qurbani bookings.
- Animal procurement.
- Qurbani coordination.
- Online payment processing.
- Booking confirmations.
- Email and WhatsApp updates.
- Digital Qurbani Certificates.
- Charitable meat distribution.
Services may change from time to time without prior notice.
4. Booking Process
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
- Complete submission of booking information.
- Successful payment.
- Generation of a Booking ID by Qurbanikart.
Submission of a booking request alone does not create a confirmed booking.
Qurbanikart reserves the right to decline any booking prior to confirmation where operationally necessary.
5. Animal Procurement
Animals are procured after booking confirmation based on operational planning and availability.
The photographs displayed on the Platform are representative and intended for illustration unless specifically identified as the exact animal assigned to a booking.
Actual breed, colour, weight, markings, horn shape, and appearance may naturally vary.
6. Islamic Compliance
Qurbanikart endeavours to conduct Qurbani in accordance with recognised Islamic principles.
Customers acknowledge that scholarly opinions may differ on certain matters relating to Qurbani. By using the Platform, customers accept that Qurbanikart follows the operational procedures adopted by its appointed religious advisors and authorised personnel.
7. Meat Donation
By placing an order through Qurbanikart, you expressly authorise Qurbanikart to:
- Perform the Qurbani on your behalf.
- Arrange the complete charitable distribution of the meat.
- Donate 100% of the meat to eligible needy individuals and families.
Customers acknowledge and agree that:
- No meat will be delivered to them.
- No claim may be made for any portion of the meat after booking.
- The donation is made on the customer's behalf as part of the selected service.
8. Certificate of Completion
Upon successful completion of the Qurbani, Qurbanikart may issue a digital Qurbani Certificate.
The certificate serves as confirmation that the booked service has been completed.
The certificate is provided for informational purposes only and shall not constitute a legal or religious ruling.
9. Photos and Videos
Where operationally feasible, Qurbanikart may provide photographs or videos relating to the Qurbani.
Such media are optional and are not guaranteed as part of the service.
Failure to provide photographs or videos shall not constitute incomplete performance of the booked service.
10. Pricing and Payments
All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment providers.
Qurbanikart does not store debit card numbers, credit card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV numbers, internet banking passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials.
Customers are responsible for ensuring successful payment.
11. No Cancellation, Return or Refund
ALL BOOKINGS ARE FINAL.
Because Qurbani requires advance planning, livestock procurement, scheduling, and operational commitments, once payment has been successfully completed, the booking cannot be:
- Cancelled
- Returned
- Refunded
- Modified
- Transferred
- Exchanged
This policy applies regardless of whether the customer changes their mind or is unable to participate.
A refund will only be issued where:
- Qurbanikart is unable to perform the booked service due solely to reasons attributable to Qurbanikart; or
- A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information.
- Provide a valid email address and mobile number.
- Ensure that payment information is accurate.
- Review booking details before payment.
- Keep their account credentials secure.
- Promptly notify Qurbanikart of any inaccuracies.
Qurbanikart shall not be responsible for losses arising from incorrect information supplied by customers.
13. Communications
By creating an account or placing an order, you consent to receive communications relating to your booking, including by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or telephone.
These communications may include:
- Booking confirmations
- Payment confirmations
- Service updates
- Qurbani completion notifications
- Digital certificates
- Customer support communications
- Important policy or operational updates
Service-related communications are an essential part of the booking and cannot be opted out of while an order is active.
14. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, videos, designs, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Qurbanikart.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
15. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Platform.
- Attempt unauthorised access.
- Interfere with Platform security.
- Upload malicious software.
- Submit false information.
- Engage in fraudulent activity.
Qurbanikart reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qurbanikart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to the use of the Platform or the services provided.
Qurbanikart's total liability for any claim arising out of a booking shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that booking.
17. Force Majeure
Qurbanikart shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Floods
- Fires
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Civil unrest
- Labour disputes
- Transportation disruptions
- Power failures
- Internet or communication failures
18. Privacy
Our collection and processing of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
19. Amendments
Qurbanikart may revise these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Qurbanikart shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Customer Declaration
By completing a booking through Qurbanikart, you confirm and declare that:
- You have carefully read and accepted these Terms of Service.
- You authorise Qurbanikart to perform the Qurbani on your behalf.
- You authorise Qurbanikart to distribute 100% of the meat as a charitable donation to eligible beneficiaries on your behalf.
- You understand that no portion of the meat will be delivered to you unless expressly stated for a specific service.
- You understand and accept that all confirmed bookings are final and non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-refundable except where Qurbanikart is unable to provide the booked service or where otherwise required by applicable law.
- You consent to receive booking-related communications and digital certificates electronically.
